My communication style

I try to always communicate with honesty, evidence-based practice, and with clear solutions that are appropriate and safe. I value an open line of communication with my patients and encourage them to feel free to reach out if they need something.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider after experiencing many different life challenges, seeing family and family struggle with different mental health issues, and understanding there was a need to help others achieve a better quality of life, no matter who they are.

My goals for you

I focus on what is important to my clients, explore realistic options with them, and work on steps that are achievable.

Our first session

In the first session, my patients should expect that I will ask a lot of questions to get to know you. After getting a good background summary, we will discuss diagnosis and treatment options. This may be the longest visit, but it will be worth it.
