Life changed in an instant after my accident. Physical recovery was just the start; the hardest part was facing fear and loss. Therapy taught me how to grow from it. Now, after years of learning and training, I help others discover their own strength and resilience.

My ultra-short goal-setting approach involves three simple steps. First, I clarify the specific result I want to achieve in the next few weeks or months. Next, I determine what measurable signs will indicate my success. Finally, I identify one small action I can take in the next 24 to 48 hours to move closer to my goal.

You’ll likely leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of our work together. It’s normal to feel lighter, tired, or reflective. You may have insights to think about, but there’s no need to have anything “figured out.” This first session is just the start of a supportive, collaborative process.
