I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in medication management for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD.

I typically work with teens and adults of all ages. Having served in the military, I can relate to and work well with veterans. I have a great deal of experience treating anxiety, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, and sleep disorders.

I utilize a holistic, client-centered approach to care. I focus on overall wellness and not just the presenting symptoms. I utilize brief psychotherapy combined with medication management to meet clients' goals and objectives while trying to minimize any side effects.

I utilize a calm, open, empathetic environment that allows clients to feel comfortable sharing thoughts, feelings, and emotions without judgment. I encourage questions and feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

I served in both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Public Health Service. I have experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

I use a collaborative approach to goal setting. I assist clients in setting realistic goals based on their desired outcomes.

Our first session

Comprehensive assessment of both mental and physical health, diagnostic testing, and review of presenting symptoms, current and past medications. This may take up to 1 hr to complete.
