My journey to mental healthcare

During a high school psychology course, I first discovered my passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. Through my clinical training and experience, I have seen that trauma survivors can develop effective coping strategies that promote healing, resilience, and the restoration of meaning and purpose in their lives.
