My intake process includes an in-depth analysis to ensure I fully understand your needs and goals for coming to therapy. When clients make the conscious decision to start therapy and select me as their therapist, they will receive a true partner. Being empathetic to my clients’ needs is a top priority.

I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. My journey to mental healthcare

Previously, I was an HR business partner and project manager for 20 years. During this time, I felt a strong desire to leave the corporate environment to focus on helping others and giving back to those in need.
