I use a variety of approaches as I don't believe one size fits all. This includes CBT, person-centered, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.

I've always felt passionate about both the field of psychology as well as connecting with people. I knew that the role of therapist would be a great fit for me, and I've always felt fulfilled by my work.
