I work with young adults adapting to adult life, and adults struggling with work-life balance, relationship challenges, or relationship endings. Adjusting to change can be difficult, even when facing low self-esteem or lack of confidence. I will help you identify where you are currently and what your vision is for your future.

Based on your needs, I may use evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with a deep curiosity about human behavior. I observed behaviors that interfered with learning and wanted to understand the reasons behind them. This changed my trajectory from educator to counselor. I find this work rewarding and have had the pleasure of seeing the positive change therapy can make for those who desire change.

I will answer any questions you have to guide you through the process. We will also begin establishing rapport and ensure that you feel comfortable at the start of this journey.
