I'm direct and down-to-earth. I'll ask real questions and give honest feedback rather than just validation — I think that respect is part of good care. At the same time, sessions are relaxed, not clinical or stiff. You should feel like you can bring your whole self here.

My journey to mental healthcare

I came to this work because I care deeply about people being truly seen — especially those who've felt dismissed before. That's shaped how I show up: creating a safe, authentic space first, and meeting each client as the person they are, not a checklist.

My goals for you

We build goals together, grounded in what matters to you — not a generic checklist. I like practical, concrete strategies you can actually use, and we revisit and adjust them as your life and needs change. Progress isn't linear, and our plan won't pretend it is.

Our first session

Our first session is mostly about getting to know each other — no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll talk through what's brought you in, what you're hoping for, and start building a plan together.
