Hi there, I'm Shannon!

My goal is to help patients feel seen and heard while exploring their current thoughts and behaviors to lead toward their aspirations. I strongly believe that all behavior is a form of communication.

My focus

My ideal clients are those that are ready to work to change their behavior but need assistance in how, have past traumatic experiences they need to work through, have low-level addictions but seek sobriety, or have a goal that they would like to achieve.

My approach

My approach to treatment with patients is heavily supported by the rapport that I build. A great rapport gives me as a therapist a better understanding of how to facilitate the sessions, approach sensitive topics, and support the patient in reaching their goal.
