Hi there, I'm Jacob!

I'm trained to diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health issues, and I'm also responsible for training other therapists as they enter the field. I believe that mental wellness is comprised of gratitude, agency, humility, and meaning, and it's my passion to help all my clients align themselves along these four areas.

My focus

I'm most comfortable working with individuals struggling to find their sense of meaning or purpose in life, fighting through OCD, depression, or addiction, or just wanting to understand why they do what they do. I'm also passionate about working with men dealing with various stages of life issues like marriage, parenthood, and divorce.

My approach

I most frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Logotherapy. I also pull from a wide array of other therapeutic approaches and skills, including Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
