My specialties are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, CPTSD, emotional abuse, highly sensitive personalities, religious abuse, and spirituality. As a former athlete and coach, I have worked with performance struggles, burnout, and loss of love for a sport/passion/career. We'll work together to create vision for change for you.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach utilizing Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to help you increase emotional regulation & gain clarity around what's important, Polyvagal Theory to help calm a hypervigilant nervous system, and Internal Family Systems to develop awareness around triggers/parts and help unburden injured or triggered parts. EMDR may be used.
