My communication style

My main communication style is direct and comforting. I actively listen so I'm able to respond accordingly. I'm a very approachable, non-judgmental, and non-biased person. I create an open environment so you are able to open up completely, and we can work together to problem-solve.

My journey to mental healthcare

In my first position as a psychiatric nurse in an inpatient setting, I asked myself, "What did I sign up for?" However, my curiosity led me to fall in love with this speciality. Seeing people move from crisis into stabilization is so fulfilling as a provider.

My goals for you

Together, we will work to find the major issues that seem to be bothersome, then work together to develop a plan that is tailored to your needs and comfort.

Our first session

In the first session, we will identify the issues in which you need assistance. Then, I would like to get to know some of your past to assist with your future. Develop a treatment plan that may include medication and/or therapy.
