I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I especially enjoy supporting those who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin.
My approach
I used evidence based practice to strengthen self-awareness, healthier thought and behavior patterns, stronger emotional regulation, and improved coping skills. Our work may also focus on building confidence, strengthening relationships, managing stress, and developing resilience to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
