Hi there, I'm Tia!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Missouri, in addition to Illinois, Tennessee, and New York. I am particularly passionate about serving high-achieving, professional women who are committed to showing up for others and are now ready to show up for themselves.

I'm dedicated to providing a relationship that allows you to find your essence, voice, autonomy, and superpower to live out your best life.

I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I’ve been the one people turn to for support. That naturally led me to the field of social work, and I’ve never looked back. With almost 20 years of experience across state government, education, nonprofit, community mental health, and medical sectors, I bring a well-rounded, compassionate, and practical approach to each session.

I'm passionate about helping high-achieving professional women navigate anxiety, self-esteem challenges, depression, and relationship concerns. I create a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space where you can take off the mask, get real, and begin your journey toward healing and self-acceptance.

Our first session

The first session consists of the two of us going over your intake paperwork together. If we finish the intake process and still have additional time, we will begin delving into exploring the issues and topics of what brought you to therapy in the first place.
