Hi there, I'm Lisa!

Taking the step to explore therapy is an act of courage and self-care, and I want you to know that you don't have to take this step alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to breathe and reflect, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a desire to promote growth and healing.

My focus

Are you navigating big life changes such as shifts in identity, relationships, motherhood, career, or wanting to heal from past trauma? Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, often carrying the weight of trauma or putting others' needs ahead of their own. They're ready for change, even if they're not sure where to start.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe healing happens in a safe space where you feel seen and heard without judgment. While I often draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I adapt each session to what you need, because every person is different.
