My journey to mental healthcare

I have always enjoyed being a therapist because I like talking to people on a deeper level than the surface conversations we often have in our daily lives. I never want people to feel that they have nobody they can talk to in their lives about things that are bothering them.

My goals for you

When it comes to setting goals for therapy, I let the client lead. Only you know what is most important to you, and I want to provide services to address your priorities. If you need help defining goals, I can provide that as well.

Our first session

The initial meeting is usually a lot of questions and listening from me while I work to understand your priorities and needs in counseling. During this process, we will get to know each other and begin to build a trusting therapeutic relationship.
