Hi there, I'm Amy!

I work with adolescents 14 and up and adults, using Emotionally Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients manage difficult emotions and live a fulfilling life.

My focus

My style and approach are typically a good fit for both older adolescents and adults throughout their different stages of life. Having been through many stages of life myself and also raising two teenagers/young adults, I feel like I have the ability to relate to people of many ages.

My approach

I am versed in multiple intervention techniques, but most often use Emotionally Focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to work through difficult emotions and work on building a strong therapeutic relationship in which clients feel safe expressing themselves honestly.
