Life can get really hard. Sometimes we need someone to come alongside us to help us untangle the hurts and struggles. My approach is direct, yet compassionate. My role is to help you recognize the root issues of your struggle, as well as assist you in identifying your strengths, so that you can lead your best life.

I have an attachment-based approach that identifies any past hurts or traumas and the unhealthy patterns they have caused. I use a variety of modalities, including CBT, EMDR, and Family Systems therapy, to support your growth.
