My journey to mental healthcare

I started as a community-based social worker, supporting individuals and families navigating complex, real-life challenges. That work taught me the value of showing up with presence and respect. My own experiences with healing and growth shaped my path to becoming a therapist.

My goals for you

I help clients work toward their goals using a blend of CBT and DBT, with pacing that feels manageable and respectful of where you are. Some days, that might mean diving into skill-building or exploring patterns head-on. Other days, it's more like dipping your toe in the water—testing things out gently.

Our first session is about creating a foundation for our work together. We'll start by going over informed consent, practice policies, and confidentiality so you know exactly what to expect. From there, we'll talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and any goals you'd like to explore.
