I am client-centered since we are all unique. I work exclusively with trauma and grief using EMDR, Jungian dream work, internal family systems, and everything I have learned as a therapist and a human. A multifaceted approach begins with what is alive in you in the present time.

I have always been a compassionate person, and my intuition, skill, presence, and love for my clients are my strengths. I enjoy this process of joining my clients on a journey into their selves. A journey that always seems to bring more joy, love, and spaciousness into their lives.
