My desire is for our sessions to feel collaborative and purposeful in a space where you feel seen and heard.

My therapy journey began with a desire to help others live successfully and instill hope during times of challenges. Throughout my work experience, I have had the honor of supporting others as they gain insight, build skills, and spark confidence. I firmly believe that everyone possesses strengths and the potential for positive growth.

I’ll answer any questions or concerns you might have, as well as explain what you can expect from the process. This time is about understanding your needs and collaboratively developing a path that feels right for you and your identified needs.
