Hi there, I'm Kori!

I take a whole-person wellness approach to therapy. I believe that incorporating body, mind, and soul is imperative to emotional well-being. I am passionate about helping others develop deeper self-awareness and live full and healthy lives.

My focus

In addition to supporting clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder, I enjoy working with clients as they explore family system issues, stress, major life transitions like graduating from high school, marriage or divorce, and parenting.

My approach

I utilize evidence-based interventions and comprehensive care planning with all of my clients. I also hold a certification as a yoga instructor, which supports my ability to assist clients with embodied symptoms of stress, anxiety, and PTSD. My counseling technique includes strategies from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness practices.
