My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey began with a strong desire to support service members and veterans. While my husband was serving on active duty, I felt a deep calling to give back to the military community. I'm continually inspired by the strength and resilience of my clients, and I'm passionate about helping them heal, grow, and thrive.

We'll go at your pace as I ask questions to better understand your current challenges and goals. Together, we'll start building a plan tailored to your unique needs.
