There is a powerful connection between physical and mental health. My goal is to help clients live a healthier, more connected life. Combining certain therapy approaches, education, and practical tools, I aim to help clients create sustainable change that nurtures the mind and body. I want clients to find balance, healing, and resilience.

I work with people of all ages to help build their capacity to cope with stress, life changes, anxiety, and other issues, and to rely on their own strengths in the process. No matter the technique used, the goal is not to build dependency on therapy, but your own internal resources.
My approach
I believe that the client is the expert of their experience, and it is my approach to provide care based on the needs of the individual. I draw primarily from EMDR, Somatic based approaches, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, and Person Centered Therapy.
