I work with adults of all ages, races, ethnicities, and orientations. I help people with relationship issues, sexuality, communication, conflict, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, worry, and self-esteem. I especially work with people seeking to grow deeper into their full self and spirituality.
My approach
I start with active listening to understand what you're experiencing and what changes you want. We can use body-work, cognitive-behavioral methods, narrative and emotion-based therapies, plus exercises for self-control and communication. My goal is to help you become aware of your whole self so you can decide how you want to grow.
