My approach
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and practical. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, while building coping skills that increase a sense of control and emotional balance. I may also incorporate mindfulness and other evidence-based techniques to support your goals.
