As a cancer survivor, I focus on helping others prioritize their mental health. I started my practice to help people realize that prioritizing their life is a necessity, not an option. This work is transformative once you decide to prioritize yourself.

These clients seek to unhook from cycles due to trauma, unresolved emotional patterns, and unhealthy lifestyles. They come to let their guard down and learn healthy coping strategies.
