My work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), helping you notice and shift patterns of thinking that keep you feeling stuck. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach, using mindfulness and even humor when it fits. Growth can be serious work, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
