I am passionate about meeting people exactly where they are in life and giving them the tools they need to move forward. I believe no problem is too big, no obstacle is too difficult, and everything can be managed with a little help.

I have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, mood disorders, life transitions, and relationships.

My approach to therapy is client-centered. I will help clients overcome the obstacles that hold them back while teaching clients the coping skills needed to face hardships head-on. I am passionate about what I do, and I'm dedicated to helping my clients succeed.

I am a very straightforward person, but I always use empathy and compassion in my sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a passion for helping others. I initially went to college for Criminology, and after obtaining my degree, I knew I wanted to do more. Social work and service work have always been in my heart. It is my hope that I can leave people better than I found them.

I approach goal setting in a realistic manner with my clients. Goals can be as simple or as complex as necessary, and we will work together to achieve the desired outcome.
