I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, grief, perinatal mental health, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

I am trained to utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which assists individuals with understanding their trauma. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and somatic approaches that should be person-centered.
