I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and retired military veteran in Texas. I use a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions.

I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, trauma, chronic or medical conditions, and major life transitions. I am especially comfortable supporting clients managing long-term illness and adjustment-related challenges.
My approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients build insight, coping skills, and meaningful, sustainable change.
