My communication style

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and real. I’m not here to talk at you or give cookie-cutter advice — I’m here to walk with you. I’ll gently ask questions that help you slow down and notice what’s really going on beneath the surface, without pushing or rushing your process.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to need someone, to feel lost, alone, or overwhelmed, and wish there was someone to help you find your way. Growing up, I didn’t always have the support I needed in those tough moments, and that’s exactly why I chose this path: to be the person I wish I had when I was struggling.

My goals for you

Your goals matter — and we’ll work together to shape therapy around what’s most important to you. Whether you're trying to parent with more patience, reconnect in your relationship, manage your ADHD in real life (not just in theory), or help your child feel safe and loved, we’ll move at a pace that feels right, not rushed.

Our first session

The first session with me is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed, no-pressure way. You’ll walk into a space where you can be yourself, whether you’re ready to share a lot or prefer to take your time. You can say as much or as little as you want; there’s no rush and no expectation to spill everything right away.
