My journey to mental healthcare

What attracted me to a career as a therapist is a deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate their struggles and find pathways to healing. I have witnessed the transformative power of support and understanding in times of difficulty. I realized that I wanted to be a part of that process, providing a safe space for individuals.

I approach goal setting through collaborative dialogue, using SMART goals and a strength-based focus. We break down goals into manageable steps and maintain flexibility to adapt as needed. Regular check-ins and visual aids help us track progress and celebrate achievements along the way.

Our first session

What you can expect is: (1) Warm Welcome: They will be greeted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, designed to make them feel comfortable and at ease. I begin to build rapport right from the start. (2) Confidentiality Overview: I will explain the importance of confidentiality and what it means in the therapeutic relationship.
