I work with individuals facing adjustment issues, anger management problems, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, suicidality, self-esteem concerns, and body image issues. My clients are seeking support through everyday challenges and looking for ways to move forward.

I believe you are the expert in your own challenges. I use CBT, Humanistic, and Behavioral therapy to help you navigate substance use, family issues, self-harming behaviors, and youth concerns. My approach is open-minded and centered on your unique needs and strengths.
