My communication style allows me to be an active listener towards my clients during therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a mental health provider began in 2018. At that time, I was going through a difficult period in my marriage after 25 years. I had lost my sense of self as a woman and daughter, and my mental health was at an all-time low. My self-esteem had taken a severe hit, as it was consistently undermined.

My goals for you

I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse age groups, specifically those between the ages of 4 and 80. My clients demonstrate a strong desire for personal growth, yet they often lack the tools required to achieve their objectives. My approach is to provide comprehensive support that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

We'll start with a brief introduction and explore your current situation and specific challenges. This helps me create a tailored plan for our work together. I see us as a team, and you are the most important part of my practice. My focus is on understanding your needs and building a path forward that works for you.
