My focus is primarily on the treatment of depressed mood, dysregulated mood, anxiety, anger issues, codependency, and relational trauma in teens and adults.
My approach
I most commonly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered therapy in my work. I also use components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches depending on the issues being addressed and the needs of my client. I am sex-positive and LGBTQIA+-affirming.
