My clients are smart, capable women who feel overwhelmed by depression and anxiety caused by workplace Imposter Syndrome. They navigate microaggressions regularly and need support managing those challenges while reclaiming their confidence.

My approach

I use a collaborative approach that includes CBT, REBT, motivational interviewing, and ART in a judge-free zone. We'll work together to challenge the thoughts and beliefs holding you back.

My style is open, non-judgmental, and encouraging. Sessions feel like talking to someone who genuinely cares and can identify with what you're experiencing professionally and culturally.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a minority-female psychotherapist, my mission extends far beyond traditional therapy. I'm dedicated to empowering women to prioritize their mental health. I'm committed to serving minority women who have historically been underrepresented in mental health care. I want to inspire women to challenge toxic social pressures.
