I strive to provide a safe environment for my clients to be themselves. Clients describe me as welcoming, understanding, empathetic, and caring—a therapist who is willing to provide that extra support when needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

My developmental trauma and relationship challenges have inspired me to study psychology at a deeper level. In my practice, I aspire to help clients uncover their innate ability to move to the next step using strength-based approaches.

My goals for you

Clients are the expert of their life so if my clients have clear goals then we start working on those else we take some time to gain some clarification and then proceed to set S.M.A.R.T goals.

Our first session

The first session is like a get-to-know-you session. My hope is that my clients will feel comfortable in sharing something about their lives that will help me understand them better. We can also talk about what brings them to counseling and what some of the goals are that they would like to accomplish in our work together.
