As a black female introvert who has struggled with anxiety and depression, I understand where you are and offer you the support you need to find your unique strengths. I strive to make therapy feel like a genuine dialogue that is collaborative in helping you uncover insightful, practical tools along the way.

My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist was a personal decision for me in order to find relief for someone in my life who was struggling with chronic mental illness. At a young age, I became one of their caregivers and understood how the power of supportive therapy can have in one's life.

My goals for you

Together, we'll focus on gaining helpful coping tools and skills that you can utilize not only between our sessions but also after graduating with me. I do this by using an holistic, insightful approach that includes an integrative model, meaningful questions, and relevant homework assignments, all to help you meet your goals for therapy.

Our first session

Before beginning therapy, I do require a free 15 minute consultation call to ensure we are a good fit. After scheduling with me, I will message you to begin scheduling that call.
