Hi there, I'm Vincent!

I'm a retired combat Veteran who served in military and law enforcement before pursuing social work. My passion is helping others navigate challenges and advocating for those who need support.

My focus

I work with diverse populations facing role changes, physical independence challenges, depression, PTSD, and anger management. If pride keeps you from asking for help or obstacles prevent you from reaching goals, we'll develop a plan together through motivation and empowerment.

My approach

I use motivational interviewing and solution-focused strategies to help you navigate barriers to success. Based on your needs, I may incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy and role-play therapy to support your growth.

I create a supportive, safe space where you can share your experiences without judgment while I actively listen.

My journey to mental healthcare

Working in law enforcement, I frequently encountered people in crisis and witnessed how social workers could effect meaningful change. That inspired me to pursue social work, where I've supported Veterans and provided counseling for those facing mental health challenges.

I need to understand what drives you, and if you've lost that drive, we'll find it together. We'll set realistic goals focused on improving how you cope with anger, depression, aging, PTSD, or other personal objectives.

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your background, and explore what brings you to therapy. We'll build a therapeutic relationship and create a plan to reach your desired goals.
