My approach to providing care is to help you have hope, confidence, and better relationships by using approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My communication style

My communication approach is grounded in deep curiosity and empathy. I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood, not analyzed. When appropriate, I use gentle humor to help make difficult moments more relatable and normal for all individuals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began in college, when I had the opportunity to mentor young girls. I discovered how much I loved being curious about their life stories and how meaningful it was to offer them a safe, supportive space to talk. Providing safety, curiosity, and presence isn’t just supportive—it’s transformative.

We will be working together to establish goals and timelines for therapy. I will provide you with strategies and interventions as needed. I will monitor your progress and ask for feedback, and if needed, refer you out if you are not reaching your therapeutic goals.
