Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, insomnia, or post-traumatic stress symptoms? If so, I want to hear about it! Have you tried therapy before but didn't connect with the therapist, felt uncomfortable, didn't feel heard, or is this your first time seeking therapy? If so, I want to help!

My focus

I specialize in working with adults, teens, athletes, veterans, and those belonging to the LGBTQIA+ communities. All are welcome here!

My approach

I am trained in several areas to help those who struggle with anxiety, depression, insomnia, self-injury, suicidal thinking, trauma, and more. The most common theoretical approach I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is based on the premise that what we think and do affects the way we feel.

My therapy approach is warm but direct and together we can learn skills to help better manage daily stressors and improve your overall sense of well-being!

My journey to mental healthcare

I entered the mental health field because I believe everyone deserves a space to be heard and supported. My training has equipped me to work with diverse populations, and I'm committed to creating an inclusive environment where you can explore your concerns and build resilience.

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your concerns, goals, and history, and we'll talk about how we can work together. My aim is to create a comfortable space where you feel heard and understood from the start.
