My approach
I am trained in several areas to help those who struggle with anxiety, depression, insomnia, self-injury, suicidal thinking, trauma, and more. The most common theoretical approach I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is based on the premise that what we think and do affects the way we feel.
