I enjoy working with people to overcome their anxiety and depression.

My focus

I typically work with people ages 18 and up; however, I have an array of experience with adolescents. I work with those struggling with depression and anxiety.

My approach

I enjoy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as an approach to life's stressors and helping those adjust to new journeys. We together develop coping skills and strategies to maintain a healthy mindset.

I set a comfortable, welcoming tone with you first and foremost. We need to build a sense of trust amongst each other so that you understand I am here to help.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have enjoyed helping people since I was a young child. People often come to me for advice or nonjudgmental ideas. I only seek to be of service and help when asked - so ask away!

First, we will set some realistic short-term goals. I use an approach called SMART GOALS to help clients realize what is most needed right now.
