My focus
I have worked with adults, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families across diverse diagnoses. I have experience with people struggling with addictions, communities of color dealing with discrimination, and the LGBTQIA community. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, coping skills, sports performance, and racial identity.
My approach
I utilize a wide range of theoretical orientations in efforts to aid people in their battles with anxiety, depression, and more. My approach draws from Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Coaching, Compassion Focused, Culturally Sensitive, Dialectical (DBT), Existential, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Person-Centered modalities.
