My journey to mental healthcare

During my time on the box, I noticed the need for services for my people in the field. Minimal fluff, direct communication, and an understanding of the role, risk, stress, and work. I transitioned to a morgue, then applied to grad school. I've worked in crisis roles, with clients in the criminal justice system, and in prisons within Texas.

My goals for you

Let's just discuss what your life looks like and how it can be better, and go from there. I'll point out things that I notice that may be blocking that life, and we can go from there in determining how, if you want, to address that.

Our first session

We'll get to know one another during our initial session. I'll get a bit of your life story and what it is that led you to my "office" and you'll get an idea of different ways that we can approach things to determine if the therapeutic relationship is a good fit.
