I work with adults navigating life's ever-changing emotions and challenges. Clients who are curious about how they feel, why they feel it, and what they can do about it are a good fit. Common concerns include menopause, fertility challenges, chronic medical conditions, coping skills, self-care, and stress.
My approach
I incorporate various tools into sessions. We connect with the body and calm the nervous system, use CBT to work with negative thought patterns, DBT to work with strong emotions, and ACT for perspective taking. These approaches help you build skills to navigate life's challenges.
