I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burned out, overthinking everything, or unsure how to move forward.

I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping skills, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges.
