My journey to mental healthcare

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I had a decade of experience in medical-surgical, acute care, neurology, and psychiatric nursing, working with underserved and vulnerable populations. I fell in love with psychiatry through these experiences, which led me to pursue advanced training in mental health.

With a focus on empowerment, I ensure you're actively involved in your treatment, with regular review and adjustments to your goals.

In our first session, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We'll focus on a comprehensive assessment of your mental and physical health, medical history, and current concerns. Together, we'll develop a personalized care plan that addresses your unique needs.
