I work with women, LGBTQIA+ folks, young adults, and mothers who may be navigating anxiety, identity exploration, childhood trauma, attachment injuries, or simply need a safe space to process daily stressors and life experiences. I provide a welcoming, warm, and affirming place to unpack how past experiences may be showing up in the present.
