This depends a lot on the client themselves. I am open to taking a very regimented and step-oriented approach if that is what they want to do. If not, I am open to tackling issues as they appear and tailoring goals around each issue. I always encourage my clients to be productive between sessions, even if they are just making small adjustments.
My focus
I primarily support women navigating the emotional and identity shifts that come with motherhood—whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into raising children and feeling overwhelmed. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside & internally struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a sense of losing who they once were.
My approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life—not just theory. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment, and we work together to make sense of what you’re carrying. I integrate trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices, while also honoring the emotional and identity.
